Pay your APSPDCL bill on Subspace, and view it on apspdcl.in

The home page of apspdcl.in has a VIEW BILL / NEW CONNECTION STATUS link. It opens the official View Bill Details page, which takes either your service number or your Aadhaar.

For a longer bill and payment history, use the Consumer Login → LT option on apspdcl.in, which gives registered consumers an account view of their service. If you pay through a BBPS app, the app's own history also keeps every payment with its Bharat Connect reference, which is useful proof if a payment hasn't reflected.

The BillDesk link on apspdcl.in sits in the site's Login menu, next to the SBI vendor login, rather than among the consumer bill tools. For a household bill you don't need it: pay from the PAY BILL link on the home page, by scanning the QR code APSPDCL shows under Digital Payment, or through any Bharat Connect app with your service number.

The Andhra Pradesh regulator APERC's order for 2026-27 kept domestic rates unchanged and applies one telescopic schedule (LT Category-I(A)) to all three AP discoms. Monthly slabs run from ₹1.90 a unit for the first 30 units to ₹9.75 above 400 units, with a fixed charge of ₹10 per kW per month. The rates already include the state government's subsidy. Eligible SC and ST households also get up to 200 units a month free through direct benefit transfer.

Bills are due 15 days from the bill date. After that, domestic consumers pay a delayed payment surcharge of ₹25 a month, and supply can be disconnected if the bill is still unpaid 15 days after the due date.

Open Subspace, go to Electricity and search for APSPDCL (Southern Power Distribution Co of AP). Enter the 13-digit service number; the bill is fetched from APSPDCL through Bharat Connect. Check the name and amount, then pay by UPI before the due date. The payment is posted back to APSPDCL, and the service number stays saved for next month.
