PVR gift card: cheaper movie tickets if you match the voucher to the booking
PVR vouchers on Subspace are listed at 6–17.8% off, one of the steeper discounts on any entertainment card. A ₹500 voucher costs noticeably less than ₹500 and pays for ₹500 of tickets on the PVR app or website. The voucher is one-time use, though: you get one voucher per booking, and any value you don't use in that booking is gone. So the trick is to buy a voucher close to what you will actually spend. PVR voucher rules
These are PVR Cinemas Insta Gift Vouchers. They work for bookings on pvrcinemas.com and the PVR app, and only for PVR screens: INOX screens are excluded even though both chains are under the same group. Each voucher has an expiry date and can't be revalidated after it lapses.

Pick a voucher close to your booking total
Since one voucher covers one booking and leftover value lapses, buy a voucher that is equal to or a bit below your usual booking total, and pay the rest by UPI or card. If your cart for two tickets and a snack combo usually lands a little above ₹750, a ₹750 voucher is the right pick, while a ₹1,000 voucher would leave money on the table.
For regular movie-goers, a few smaller vouchers are more flexible than one large one: use a ₹250 voucher for a weekday solo show and save the ₹750 one for a weekend with a friend. Larger vouchers make sense for a family booking of four or five seats, or a premium format where one booking easily crosses ₹2,000.
The discount is the same idea at every size. What changes is how much you risk losing if the booking comes in under the voucher value, so the smaller and closer to your real spend, the better. The chart shows what each listed value cost on Subspace when this page was written.

- 2Complete the one-time KYC if asked, then copy the voucher details from Order history in your Subspace profile.

- 5Pay any remaining amount with UPI or a card.
