Tell the cashier you plan to pay with a voucher before they start billing. Only listed outlets accept the vouchers, and the list can change, so check at the counter. If a voucher gets blocked for a technical reason, it is re-enabled within 72 hours.

Which KFC vouchers to buy
For outlet visits, buy small values and combine them to match your bill: a ₹250 and a ₹100 voucher cover a ₹350 meal neatly. For online orders, buy a ₹250, ₹500 or ₹1,000 voucher and build your cart up to, but not over, that amount, because the order can't exceed the voucher and you can't top up with another payment method. Anything below the voucher value is lost, so get as close as you can.
