What happens when you add an AJIO gift card

Each card has a 16-digit number and a 6-digit PIN. When you enter them on AJIO and tap Add to AJIO Wallet, the full value becomes AJIO Cash in that account. From then on the card number no longer matters: AJIO deducts each order from your wallet balance and keeps whatever is left for later orders.

There are two dates to keep in mind. The card itself is valid for 12 months from issue, so it has to be added to a wallet within that time. Once added, the AJIO Cash is valid for 365 days for purchases. If someone returns an item bought with wallet money, the refund comes back to the wallet rather than to a bank account.

The card can't be used to buy other gift cards, fine jewellery, or silver and gold coins, and wallet balance can't be moved to another AJIO account or withdrawn to a bank.

If you're gifting the card, send the number and PIN without adding them to your own AJIO account. Once a card is loaded into a wallet, it can't be passed on.

  2. 2Pay by UPI, using any Subspace wallet balance first if you like. Finish the one-time KYC if prompted.
  3. 3Open Order history in your Subspace profile and copy the 16-digit card number and 6-digit PIN.
  4. 4On AJIO, go to the gift card section of your account and enter the card number and PIN.
  5. 5Tap Add to AJIO Wallet. The amount shows as AJIO Cash.
