Bigg Boss OTT: every season, where it streamed and where Bigg Boss is now
Bigg Boss OTT season 3 ran on JioCinema Premium in 2024, hosted by Anil Kapoor and won by Sana Makbul. JioCinema has since merged into JioHotstar, which is where every Bigg Boss edition now streams, including the six seasons JioStar is running from September 2026 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Bangla. Media reports in January 2026 said the separate OTT edition would not return as a fourth season, with the digital-first format folded into the main show, though the makers have not formally confirmed it. This guide lists every OTT season with its platform, host and winner, the 2026 line-up, and what a JioHotstar plan costs for a full season.

Every Bigg Boss OTT season (Hindi)
The OTT edition began as a digital-only warm-up to the TV show. Season 1 streamed on Voot, season 2 moved to JioCinema for free, and season 3 sat behind JioCinema Premium. Voot itself was folded into JioCinema in 2023, and JioCinema into JioHotstar in February 2025, so all three seasons trace back to what is now one app. Older seasons can drop out of a catalogue, so search JioHotstar for the season you want before you subscribe for it.
| Season | Year | Streamed on | Host | Winner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Season 1 | 2021 | Voot | Karan Johar | Divya Agarwal |
| Season 2 | 2023 | JioCinema | Salman Khan | Elvish Yadav |
| Season 3 | 2024 | JioCinema Premium | Anil Kapoor | Sana Makbul |
Regional OTT editions
Three regional spin-offs ran as digital-only seasons in 2022. Bigg Boss Ultimate (Tamil) streamed on Disney+ Hotstar from January to April 2022, with Kamal Haasan and then Silambarasan hosting. Bigg Boss Non-Stop (Telugu) streamed on Disney+ Hotstar from February to May 2022, hosted by Nagarjuna and won by Bindu Madhavi. Bigg Boss Kannada OTT streamed on Voot in August and September 2022 and was won by Roopesh Shetty. Disney+ Hotstar and Voot both now live inside JioHotstar, which is the place to search for them.
What happened to Bigg Boss OTT 4
In January 2026, several outlets reported that the makers had dropped a fourth OTT season and would run a single combined TV and digital season each year instead. There has been no formal announcement either way. What JioStar has confirmed, in a press release dated 20 July 2026, is six main Bigg Boss editions launching from September 2026 on its TV channels and JioHotstar. If an OTT season is announced, it will almost certainly stream on JioHotstar too.
Where to watch Bigg Boss in 2026
All six editions stream on JioHotstar alongside their TV broadcast, and JioHotstar also carries the 24x7 live feed that JioStar says six in ten Bigg Boss viewers on the app watch.
| Edition | Host | TV channel | Streams on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bigg Boss (Hindi), season 20 | Salman Khan | Colors | JioHotstar |

| Bigg Boss Telugu | Nagarjuna | Star Maa | JioHotstar |

What a full season costs on JioHotstar
A Bigg Boss season runs for roughly three months or more, so a three-month pack is usually better value than paying month by month. The Mobile 3-month pack (₹149) is the cheapest way to follow on a phone. Watching on the family TV needs Super (₹349 for three months) or Premium (₹699). Premium is ad-free on recorded episodes, but its ad-free promise excludes live shows, so expect ads on live streams. Splitting a Premium plan four ways in a JioHotstar group on Subspace brings it close to the price of Mobile.
Official JioHotstar prices from JioStar’s 19 Jan 2026 release (Mobile ₹149, Super ₹349, Premium ₹699 for 3 months), checked 12 Oct 2026. Shared figure splits Premium equally across its four devices.
| Premium 3-month pack, alone | ₹233 |
|---|---|
| Super 3-month pack, alone | ₹116 |
| Mobile, paid monthly | ₹79 |
| Premium 3-month pack, 4 people | ₹58 |
| Mobile 3-month pack | ₹50 |
